These terms govern your use of the MCB Plastering & Rendering Solutions website and any quotes, surveys or work we provide. By using the site or instructing us, you agree to them.

• All quotes are free, written and fixed for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
• Quotes are based on the information provided at survey. Material price spikes or unforeseen substrate issues discovered after work begins may, by agreement, change the price.
• No deposit is required on plastering jobs. A £500 deposit is required on rendering jobs; for larger renders and EWI projects, materials are paid for on delivery and the balance of labour is paid on completion.

• You agree to provide safe, clear access to the work area, power and water as reasonably required.
• Start dates are confirmed in writing. We will give as much notice as possible if weather, manufacturer supply or unforeseen site conditions require a delay.
• We carry comprehensive insurance cover in place for our work.

We only use render products that carry a 10-year manufacturer guarantee, so the render systems we install are backed by the manufacturer's product warranty (typically 10–25 years on K Rend, Weber and EWI systems). We stand behind the quality of our work and will return to address any issue caused by our workmanship.

The workmanship guarantee does not cover damage caused by third parties, structural movement, neglect, alterations made by others, or events outside our control.

• Invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (preferred), debit card, or cash for smaller jobs.
• Late payment may attract statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

You may cancel before work begins by written notice. Where materials have already been ordered or delivered, those costs remain payable. Consumers have the standard 14-day cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 where they apply.

We will perform our work with reasonable skill and care. Our total liability for any one claim is limited to the value of the contract for the work in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

The website is provided "as is" for information. You may not copy, scrape or reuse content from this site without written permission. We may update the site at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
